QUESTION: Will the pattern ever fade or wear off, or otherwise depreciate?
ANSWER: The decoration is on for the life of the fixture. We do recommend, as do all other manufacturers, that porcelain fixtures not be cleaned with abrasive cleansers, as this will damage the glaze over time.

QUESTION:
Can the decoration be applied to coloured fixtures?
ANSWER: All patterns are equally attractive on White, Biscuit or Bone, and most patterns can be successfully decorated onto the lighter colours of fixtures. It is important to remember that the porcelain colour will show through, so it may result in a more subtle look.

QUESTION:
Can the amount of pattern be modified for personal taste?
ANSWER: Absolutely yes. Some applications require a more subdued look, while others give opportunity to embellish with even more decoration.

QUESTION:
What additional pieces are available to be decorated to match fixtures?
ANSWER: A full line of accessories, including towel bars, soap dishes, toilet tissue dispensers, etc. are available for every pattern.

QUESTION:
Can toilets or bidets be decorated?
ANSWER: No. We can in some instances decorate on toilet tank lids and unlined toilet tanks, but not bowls or bidets. The foam insulation in lined tanks burns off during the firing. If a lined tank is necessary, we suggest that your plumber install a liner kit at the time of installation.

Is it possible to reglaze a used fixture?
ANSWER: No, our process does not enable us to reglaze an existing colour or change to another colour.

QUESTION:
Can an existing fixture, or used fixture, be decorated (i.e. antique sinks)?
ANSWER: No.

How long will it take from time or ordering?
ANSWER: We generally have orders ready to ship within 2 - 3 weeks of receiving confirmation of your order, and prepayment of same.

How will my goods be packaged and shipped?
ANSWER: Our usual method of shipping is via UPS or Fedex Standard Ground (insured). Sinks and accessories are double-boxed, with popcorn packing between outer and inner boxes to ensure safe transportation.

What are the Terms & Conditions of Sale, and the Return Policy?
ANSWER: As each order is hand decorated to suit your specific criteria, and is therefore customized, we require full payment when the order is placed. Payment can be by way of personal cheque or money order. Pre-payment would also include shipping charges.
